Las Vegas, Nevada – July 15th, 2011 – TopWare Interactive is releasing the Two Worlds II: Velvet GOTY Edition this October 18th and they are doing so with glamorous class! The TWII: Velvet GOTY Edition not only comes bundled with the sought after expansion Pirates of the Flying Fortress, but is also uniquely designed in a limited collector's box which is wrapped in black velvet (PC/Mac) or red velvet (console versions) and highlighted with metal corners made to look like antique brass. Including the expansion Pirates of the Flying Fortress, which also releases this October, Two Worlds II: GOTY hits shelves with a grandiose entrance! This is a rare kind of DLC, it's the kind that manages to be better than the main game, Two Worlds 2 sucked (to learn why read my review of This is a rare kind of DLC, it's the kind that manages to be better than the main game, Two Worlds 2 sucked (to learn why read my review of it) but this DLC manages to be a fun time, there are cool boss battles, tons of cool loot, new side quests, new achievements, memorable moments, and more hours of content to sink your teeth into, it also has it's own unique sense of humor, whether it's a hidden reference to something like the Incredible Hulk or just a cheesy joke I found myself laughing quite a bit, and adds a few new features like moral choices and multiple endings which I wish would have been in the main game, but it does have it's flaws, for one thing some of the flaws like bugs carry over from the main game, and you will have to suffer through a overly long and boring part where you have to go through and help a completely unlikable person with his past issues by doing stupid things like making him a sandwich or doing his chores, or helping him through school and fixing his marriage because he is too big of a lazy loser to do it himself, but those are minor complaints my main complaints are that two side quests broke on me and that it's outrageously overpriced at 2400 Microsoft points ($30.00), if it weren't so outrageously overpriced I would have given it a higher score and recommended it to everyone, but as for now it's a really good DLC that manages to be better than the original, but is held pack by a 1 or 2 hour long boring part, some broken quests, and a way to high asking price, but I still can recommend it to Two Worlds 2 super fans who must have more Two Worlds 2, for everyone else hope the price goes down and if it does then buy it.Two Worlds II: Velvet Game of the Year Edition™ coming this October! ![]()
